About The Project

Marquess Realty had already established a strong reputation across South Florida’s luxury real estate market through years of private transactions, client referrals and high-value residential representation. But online, the brand no longer reflected the level of experience, professionalism and market positioning they had built over time.

The conversation started after Ava Monroe from the team discovered our work through another luxury real estate broker. After reviewing several of our projects, she realized something immediately:

  • Marquess Realty was delivering a premium client experience offline, but their digital presence still looked behind the modern luxury market.
  • Despite having the experience, network and transaction history, the brand lacked the digital positioning expected from a brokerage operating across Miami, Palm Beach and Coral Gables.


The goal of the project was not to reinvent the company. The goal was to modernize how the brand was presented online while preserving the trust and professionalism the brokerage was already known for.

The project was structured around three key objectives:

  1. Strengthen Marquess Realty’s luxury real estate brand positioning online.
  2. Develop a modern real estate website experience focused on credibility, presentation and usability.
  3. Create a scalable digital platform capable of supporting future property listings, agent growth and long-term market expansion.

Brand Direction & Digital Positioning

The Challenge

Marquess Realty had already built strong credibility offline through referrals, private transactions and long-term client relationships. However, their digital presence no longer reflected the level of trust, professionalism and market positioning they had established across South Florida’s luxury real estate market. The existing presentation felt visually outdated and lacked the refinement expected within today’s high-end residential space.

The project focused on repositioning Marquess Realty through a more refined digital experience centered around luxury presentation, trust and usability. We developed a modern visual system, improved property presentation layouts and created a cleaner website structure designed to better represent the brokerage’s reputation across Miami, Palm Beach and Coral Gables.

  1. Discovery & Strategy

    We dug into Fidan’s career story, tone & goals. Her work at Meta, ELLE & academia showed us she needed a digital presence that balanced authority with personality. We focused on translating her credibility into a structure that recruiters.

  2. Wireframing

    Layouts were mapped with clarity first. We prioritized readability, clean hierarchy, and an intuitive flow that reflected how hiring managers review talent. Resume, portfolio and story sections were designed to guide attention without noise.

  3. Design & Development

    Muted tones, clean typography & purposeful white space created a calm yet confident visual identity. This was developed on WordPress for easy updates, mobile responsiveness & SEO readiness. Every design choice aligned with her.

Defining The Visual Direction

The visual direction for Marquess Realty was built around restraint, contrast and premium residential presentation. Rather than relying on heavy luxury aesthetics, the identity was designed to feel modern, structured and intentionally understated.

A darker interface system was introduced to create stronger focus on property imagery while improving visual hierarchy across listings, agent pages and client touchpoints. Typography, spacing and layout rhythm were carefully refined to create a more elevated browsing experience across desktop and mobile devices.

With the visual system established, the final experience was built to translate Marquess Realty’s offline reputation into a refined digital presence across every touchpoint. The website was designed to feel immersive, structured and intentionally minimal while keeping the focus on the properties, advisors and client experience.

Responsive layouts, luxury property presentation and simplified navigation were implemented to create a smoother browsing experience across desktop and mobile devices. Every interaction was designed to support stronger brand perception, improved usability and long-term scalability for the brokerage.

A structured visual system was developed to maintain consistency across Marquess Realty’s digital presence, marketing materials and future property presentation. Typography, spacing, color balance and interface elements were standardized to create a more cohesive luxury brand experience across every touchpoint.

The system was intentionally designed to remain minimal, scalable and easy to expand as the brokerage continues to grow across South Florida’s residential market.
